This is a short three level 2d platformer for the MSU game design course.  

I've modified the original project mostly improving the platformer controls.  Most of these ideas came from the excellent GMTK Platformer toolkit: https://gmtk.itch.io/platformer-toolkit

- Added coyote time, this allows the player to press jump 0.1 seconds after leaving a platform to improve game feel.

- Added a jump buffer so if the player jumps before landing the jump still occurs.  Jump queue is 0.1 seconds.

- Added Run state and running animation and increased top speed, acceleration and deceleration.  Added a trailRenderer and graphics to show when running.  Also added a tilt while running.

- Implemented three basic proof of concept levels. 

- Wrote and recorded custom music with synthesizers and drum machines for the Main Menu and first level.
